Eagle River knocked off Portage Lake on home ice with a strong two-way effort and stellar goaltending from Mathias Anderson, who stopped 42 of 44 shots. After trailing 1–0 early, the Falcons responded with second-period goals from Alex Hauswirth on the power play and Charles Adams to take control. Dawson McKay tied it late in the third for the Pioneers, but Byran Kronberger answered with 1:26 remaining before Adams sealed it into the empty net. Mosinee Papermakers 8, M&M Shamrocks 7
Mosinee outlasted M&M in a wild back-and-forth battle, scoring twice in the final 2:44 — including the game-winner with just 10 seconds remaining — to secure an 8–7 road win. Ryan Hibert powered De Pere with a hat trick as the Deacons earned a 4–3 road win at the Calumet Colosseum. Hibert scored twice in the opening period and added another in the second to stake De Pere to a 3–1 lead. Aidan Fahey’s third-period goal stood up as the game-winner after Calumet rallied late. Portage Lake responded to their first loss of the season in dominant fashion at Dee Stadium Saturday, racing out to four first-period goals and cruising to an 8–1 victory over Eagle River. Landon Stevens led the way with a hat trick, while Brett Hauswirth added two goals. Gaborik Carlson chipped in a penalty shot marker as part of a three-goal third period that put the game out of reach. Camden Burggrabe was sharp in net, stopping 29 of 30 shots as the Pioneers controlled the rematch from start to finish.
